We spent a lovely few nights at Clare’s cabin. It’s super comfy and cozy, we felt at home straight away. Clare met us at check in and was very welcoming. The kitchen had everything you could need and the addition of breakfast supplies was much appreciated! A lovely quiet location, very close to the beach and a nice walk along the coast takes you into Whitstable. Max, our puppy loved having the garden to roam around In and it was nice to sit out in the evening with a bottle of wine. The perfect escape! Thanks Clare!

We were blessed with sunshine and sunsets – the perfect conditions for a beach BBQ and Claire’s cabin is brilliantly located for just that. It was also v comfortable and full of thoughtful additions (including two umbrellas in case the weather turned) plus a lovely outdoor space with plenty of places to sit and relax. Lovely.

Beautiful cabin! Can’t fault it in any way. Seasalter is a beautiful area. I think my daughters would have been bored as there wasn’t much to do on the doorstep. For more activities you would need to go into town. Having said this, it was just what me and my husband were after. Peaceful, remote, relaxing. It was absolutely what we needed to re charge our batteries. The cabin is cosy and cute. The bed is extremely comfortable and you are made to feel at home. Lovely selection of teas, coffees etc. it was our first time in an air BnB and we had packed loads of snacks. Clare went above expectations and provided us with all the essentials. We would definitely book again.

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at the cabin, Clare and Kelly were so welcoming and made us feel at home straight away. The cabin was in the perfect location just a stroll from the sea. The cabin was extremely clean and the welcome hamper was a lovely touch. It was perfect for myself as a wheelchair user. The wetroom was excellent. The bed was so comfy. We cannot wait to return.

The cabin is perfect for a short stay, and the garden has lots of sunny spots and shade. Location is nice and quiiet, but near enough to Whitstable.
A very generous welcome pack compared with anywhere else we have stayed on Airbnb and elsewhere.

A very unusual, charming place, with a surprising ‘enchanted’ garden at night! Don’t want to spoil the surprise… Not many decent properties come up when you search ‘wheelchair accessible’ (on any site) and Clare’s is way above average: she’s managed to make enough space in a small cabin so that the w/chair user doesn’t feel cramped or ‘in the way’. It is pretty and comfortable and spotless. The ‘welcome pack’ is generous and delicious (especially the coffee and Kent eggs). We hope to return.

Absolute gem and I don’t just mean the cottage, Clare was a fabulous host and it was depressing to check out and go back to reality.
The cottage is clean, beautifully decorated and two minutes from a gorgeous beach. It is walking distance from Whitstable (coastal walk following the beach) and there is lovely pub just around the corner, dog friendly and excellent food.
Clare provided toiletries, towels, snacks, games and more. She went above and beyond expectations.
We had an amazing time and look forward to returning in the future.

Clare was such an incredible host. From the moment of booking she was incredibly helpful and responsive, up until we left. We felt right at home, there was breakfast items, milk tea and other condiments which was incredibly sweet!
The cabin was a good walk from the main high street but was a minute or two by car max. We would have ventured more on foot but had a 13 week old puppy with us who couldn’t walk very far! The car was easy enough.
The cabin was along the beach strip which was such a lovely location, made it easy to enjoy short walks during the day.
The best part of the cabin is the outdoor area which is so beautiful and peaceful. It’s a private area and the little ones loved it possibly more than I did.

The place is beautiful and the cottage is very pretty. However it is in the host’s backyard and provides very little privacy. This is also not mentioned clearly anywhere. Additionally, the host was rude and messaged us about the outdoor lights which seems like she is keeping an eye on us. The communication was also pretty rude. Lastly, the outdoor gate is pretty inconvenient, as it can only be locked/unlocked from the inside.

The Cabin At The Beach is perfect. Dog friendly and wheelchair accessible. Close to the beach and beautifully decorated. It’s in a really quiet area and the bed is so comfortable. Lots of information available for things to do in the area and pubs and restaurants that are dog friendly. The garden is private and closed in . The kitchen area had everything you could possibly need and the hamper that Clare provided was ideal, with cereal, eggs, bread, crisps and more. The walk in shower was ideal. The Cabin At The Beach is a real gem and Clare is a fantastic host. We will definitely stay again

My parents (in their 70s) stayed at The Cabin for four nights post Xmas and for New Year for a family gathering that we were having in a larger proprerty just down the road (16 Hodgson Road – which is also an Airbnb property). It was the perfect retreat for them, it had everything they needed, a lovely welcome basket, they were able to bring their two dogs with them and Clare was a really helpful host. 2 min walk to the beach. We enjoyed some nice wintry walks to Whitstable which takes about half an hour on foot. There was a nice area to sit outside the property which I imagine would be lovely in the spring and summer months. All in all, great!

Clare’s place is lovely and well fitting for a cosy getaway. The cabin is spacious and comfortable and gives a great sense of privacy, including the outdoor enclosed garden. The beach is ridiculously close and we had a great time enjoying a morning coffee strolling down the coast.
Clare and Kelly were great hosts, communicative, welcoming and friendly, and very kindly helped us by watching over our dog so we can go to have a quiet dinner at a great local restaurant they recommended.
We had a great experience and would have loved to stay for longer.
Hopefully we can come back in summer and enjoy even more of the place and the surroundings 🙂

We, a married couple, chose ‘The Cabin At The Beach’ in Seasalter for a 5 day holiday stay.
The reservation worked out perfectly and the check-in information reached us immediately and in full. The email/chat traffic was helpful as well as very friendly. Being helpful is a priority for the host.
The tiny house was clean and the furnishings absolutely adequate and convenient. It has good space for two people and enough space to accommodate three people. The Tiny House is wind protected, around two minutes walk from the beautiful beach, in a quiet residential area and has its own access. In the immediate vicinity, you will find various restaurants with delicious food as well as plenty of shopping opportunities.In particular, ‘The Cabin At The Beach’ is a special, beautiful, and small house. It has infinite charm and enough space to spend happy and relaxing holidays in peace.
For us in the end a perfect stay, we would choose this place again without reservations.

Clare’s little cabin is a delight! The location is quiet, it’s a stone’s throw from the beach and the outside space is peaceful and private with a choice of shady or sunny seating.
The interior of the cabin is light and spacious and the bed is super comfy. While we were there, there was a slight problem with the floor of the wet room but Clare knew about this and was in the process of getting it sorted. She is great at keeping in touch and was super-helpful with tide times and other local info.The kitchen area is small but well-equipped and Clare provided a lovely basket of breakfast goodies including smoked salmon and eggs. Although there is only a hot plate for cooking, we were able to make scrambled eggs on toast in the morning. There are also helpful extras too – beach shoes, body boards and swimming towels – but if you want to swim, you only have an hour or so either side of high tide. The beach shelves very gently so it’s great for children splashing around.
I would recommend the cabin to anyone wanting a relaxed getaway by the sea and we certainly hope to return!

At a time when we both needed pampering, along came “The Cabin at the Beach”. We took advantage of its perfect situation, only a five-minute walk from a largely uncrowded beach. A thirty-minute walk along the beach to the intriguing harbour town of Whitstable became our morning pilgrimage. The cabin is quiet, thoughtfully laid out and well equipped for short or longer stays. Clare the owner has poured her imagination and soul into the lovely interior décor. It was lovely having our own garden. Sipping Prosecco in the late afternoon sunshine while watching the birds zoom overhead was delightful. Nothing has been forgotten, and even if it had been, we need only ask. Five nights were simply not enough – just a taster. We hope we can squeeze in another stay this year! Five nights of FIVE STAR!

Not only is this cabin total heaven Clare is a truly spectacular host and her generosity was astounding. She was super prompt with all my (many!) questions. We had a very peaceful stay at Clare’s place – the best night’s sleep I’ve had for months! The cabin is comfortable and nicely decorated – the kitchen is particularly well stocked. The outdoors area was a highlight, much larger than I had realised from the pictures, with great furniture and lighting. N.B. This is a quiet residential area, about half an hour’s walk from Whitstable, so it is perfect if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle. We watched the sunset on the local beach on Saturday night and had it completely to ourselves 🙂

We had a really lovely overnight stay at Clare’s place. Clare had kindly left a basket of goodies and food in the fridge for breakfast. The beach is a short walk away, which was perfect. Our dog Bonnie equally enjoyed the break. We took our own dog bed with us and she was perfectly happy, which made us happy. We would definitely recommend Clare’s place for a comfy stay. The only thing criticism is the size of the TV, which was quite small.

Just home after a fabulous few days at The Cabin at The Beach. Clare was an amazing host & provided everything we needed incl local recommendations as it was our first trip to the area so we were up & running from our arrival! Welcome pack was a lovely surprise and really thoughtful. The Cabin was very well equipped so we felt very at home. Lovely private garden with decking to relax in with plenty of seating options. You just can’t beat the location, a stone’s throw from a fabulous beach to swim, paddle board & watch the sun go down. Lovely beach side walks, runs or cycles up to Tankerton through Whitstable harbour or along to South Swale nature reserve. A local pub 5 mins walk from The Cabin The Oyster Pearl was excellent as was The Royal & The Bubble cafe at Tankerton. We wished we could stay longer & will definitely be back Andrews Family Xx
We spent 3 nights in the Cabin last week with our 2 dogs. Clare was the perfect host ensuring we had everything we needed & making some great recommendations for eating out locally. We had a lovely restful break, just what was needed. The cabin is superbly equipped, spacious & clean. We will definitely be back. Thank you Clare & Andy.x

Fabulous escape from the city at this brilliantly equipped cabin literally yards from the sea. We had crazy weather during our stay (wild winds) yet it did not stop us having one of the best nights sleep in ages, no doubt helped by the wonderful sea air and generous welcome pack (prossecco, beer, crisps and chocolate - what more is required!) There is a great selection of pubs nearby who do takeaway if you don’t fancy venturing out and Clare is a great host with nothing too much trouble. Feargal, our pooch had the best time too. Highly recommend.
We stayed at The Cabin at The Beach last week and were greeted with a very warm welcome. It's in a fabulous location, with a lovely 1/2 walk in to Whitstable along the beach. The cabin is so well kitted out with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We loved the attention to detail. This really is an all year round location with air-con and heating. I can't recommend The Cabin enough and will definitely be going back! Thank you so much 🙂
